Ariel Schur, LCSW is the CEO and sole founder of ABS Staffing Solutions. Ariel came to the staffing industry in an unconventional way, and her background has enabled her firm to differentiate its brand in a crowded market. Ariel graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology and also obtained a masters degree from the University of Chicago. Ariel started her career as an EAP counselor for employees of Fortune 500 companies, which provided her with unique access to the interaction between employees, employers, and the functional requirements of various job assignments. After 9/11 Ariel worked for a federally funded program helping victims and families impacted by the World Trade Center attack. Upon completing this mission-driven program, Ariel was offered an opportunity to work for a staffing agency and quickly rose to become a senior member of its operations team. After nine years Ariel decided she wanted to integrate her unique skill set to form her own company.
Ariel's high-touch, service-oriented approach has been a refreshing change to the industry. Ariel prides herself on developing highly customized relationships with clients so that they can find the right employee matches for any and all employment needs. Ariel has set a new standard for the “boutique” approach to staffing. Her work model is time-intensive, specifically tailored to her clients’ specific needs, and all encompassing to provide the highest quality experience.
